Heavy Duty Thrust Spherical Roller Bearings NSK 29420E Bearing is one kind of Thrust roller bearing design. Its dimension is 100×210×67mm,weigeptis 11kg, the material are adopt high quality chrome steel,this design are separable. the bearing ring with the rollers and cage assembly can be separated from the other ring, so this kind of bearing are the same with single row tapered roller bearing as ept as cylindrical roller bearings. but Thrust Spherical roller bearing can carry heavy capacity than tapered roller bearings.

Thrust Spherical Roller Bearings are the same with spherical roller bearing, both of them are all self-aligning design, the raceway surface of the seat is a sphere which centered on a point and be coincident with the center aXiHu (West Lake) Dis.s of the bearing. and also the rollers of Thrust Spherical Roller Bearings are spherical, Therefore, it has self-aligning function, Less sensitive to concentricity and shaft deflection.

Thrust Spherical roller bearings are used to support aXiHu (West Lake) Dis.al and radial combined loads with aXiHu (West Lake) Dis.al loads, but radial loads must not exceed 55% of aXiHu (West Lake) Dis.al loads. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this type of bearing has lower friction factor, higher speed and has self-aligning performance.
 

Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings,It also normally named AXiHu (West Lake) Dis.al spherical roller bearing, from it’s name, we can see the spherical roller bearing are the same design with spherical roller thrust bearing,  in the E version have proved highly effective where high aXiHu (West Lake) Dis.al loads are present and there is a need to compensate for shaft deflections and/or misalignment of bearing seats.

The cage is generally made of a brass solid frame and a pressed steel frame. When a brass solid cage is used, the rear post code of the cage is not marked, and the remaining logos are corresponding to the post code. When the pressed steel cage is used, the suffix of Spherical roller Thrust bearing will be E.
