The Y2 series (frame size: 400-450) low-voltage high-power fully enclosed squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor is based on the Y2 series low power, using new materials and new process design. This type of motor is reliable in technology, and the manufacturing process is level. The shape and structure are the same as the original Y series squirrel cage induction motor. The low-voltage high-power induction motor uses Class F insulation materials, the protection level of the motor is IP55, the installation method is IMB3, and the motor uses the IC411 cooling method. The squirrel cage induction motor is small in size, light in weight, compact in structure, high in efficiency, low in vibration and low in noise, and meets the environmental protection requirements of users on energy efficiency grades.

Y2 low-voltage compact three-phase asynchronous motor is based on the experience of our company for many years of motor manufacturing. It uses large-scale finite element analysis software to analyze the field, electromagnetic field, temperature field and fluid field level of the motor. At the same time, a new generation of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly motors designed and manufactured using the principle of dual-cycle cooling ventilation system. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, compact structure, beautiful appearance and smooth lines.
The motor base adopts an orthogonally distributed full-heating cast iron base. The heat sinks are combined with unequal distance distribution and non-concentric circles, and four axial air passages are arranged in the 45-degree direction.
Main process flow of the motor
Motor stator: casing processing → punching press → iron core seating → coil ma ept → weaving → dipping paint drying
Electronic rotor: blank shaft processing → iron core press installation → iron core cast aluminum → rotor string shaft → weave → dipping paint drying → dynamic balance
Motor assembly: stator rotor assembly → machine test → motor appearance coloring → packaging storage
