Flat Die Pellet Machines

Our flat die pellet machines can be devided into two series, KL series and MKL series pellet machines. Our KL series pellet machines can both make feed pellets and wood pellets, but the capacity of wood pellets is lower than that of ma ept feed pellets. Our MKL series pellet machines has the special design for ma ept wood sawdust pellets. Our pellet machines can be driven by electrical motor, diesel engine, gasoline engine and tractor for your choices. The pellet press is fixed with an engine with a power of RP-driven all kinds of different power. Via a drive shaft and the die roller wheels are caused to rotate. The starting material for the production of pellets, for example, sawdust is pressed by the wheels roller in the matrix. Due to the pressure and friction in the die, the starting material is heated to a temperature of 60-80 °C. As a result of pressure and temperature increase, the material connects to compressed pellets and will have a high strength after cooling. Depending on the material to be pressed, additional binder needs to be added. The diameter of the pellets is determined by the hole diameter of the die. Matrices can be ordered with the following hole diameters: 2.5mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm.

Spare parts–What is the terms of warranty and spare parts?

Our pellet mills are guaranteed with 1 year quality assurance from the date of goods shipment.  When we are tal ept about spare parts for a pellet mill, by and large, we are tal ept about die, roller and bearing. Practically, that how often you will need to renew spare parts is depending on what raw material you are ma ept pellets from. Apparently, compared with ma ept straw pellets, pellet mill that are ma ept wood pellets requires a higher frequency for changing spare parts. We supply clients with high quality pellet mill dies, rollers, bearings and other parts. Clients are available to order at anytime. What can I do when my Pellet mill can not produce pellets?
 

A: New flat die pellet mill in first use may not produce pellets, because of the low smoothness of mould and bad cooperation in new devices. After using oily material for a period, the pellet machine can run smoothly. B: The clearance between rollers and dies is too large. You can tighten the screw to narrow the gap to 1.5-2.5 mm. C: Necessary steps to update a new die or roller shell because of wear a gearbox mini tiller Havana Cuba nd tear caused by long-term service. D: The material is too wet or too dry, resulting in low productivity. You’d better increase or decrease the moisture to proper rate, generally 14%-16% in raw material.

 
 Kinds of pellets as fuel or as animal feed         
 

Homemade Pellets Used as Stove Fuel  Home pellet stove is widely used in Europe and many other places in the world. It is an environment-friendly method to keep warm and cook. Pellet stove uses less natural resources as its fuel is generated from waste or recycled materials. The fuel it used can be made at home.
