                CENTER PIVOT IRRIGATION SYSTEM

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The DYP series center pivot irrigation s ept 1000 to 540 pto reducer gearbox Mekele Ethiopia tem is made up of center trestle table ,trestle -tower vehicle ,sprinkler truss,endmost ,cantilever ,and synchronous system controlled by electric etc.
The center pivot irrigation system is especially applied in the irrigation of planing potatoes,sugarcanes,watermelons,legumes,economic crops and pasture.The automated irrigation system characterize high in efficiency ,Featuring in high efficiency ,power and water saving ,the irrigator can increase yield at economical cost with the spraying uniformity coefficient up to 85%,and take advantages of the uniform application of chemical and fertilizers .The center pivot irrigation system can also work on uneven fields with slopes of up 25%. All parts rust free in 15 years via zinc coating treatment. All running parts shall be operated under the main control system and the fault position shall be displayed when malfunction and /or interrution happens.
 
River and bore ept can be the water resource of the fixed point, the water transports through main pipes and sprinklers, finally applied to the field. The advantage of this irrigation system is to use less labor and water to irrigate 13-130ha from one water feeding point. Steel structure of special design can satisfy different lengths of the machine. One span with one overhang is the simplest machine you can choose for small land. The heavy duty design can be extend to more than 11 spans (650m) with the angles and bolt pivot anchors strong enough to fight windstorm.

DBY DBZ CONICAL CYLINDRICAL GEARBOX

The DBY, DBZ type hardened tapered cylindrical gearbox produced by national standards JB/T8853-2001.
The input and output of a gear transmission mechanism of vertical layout of the state. Transmission gear is made of high quality alloy steel, carburizing quenching, grinding and other processes, precision grade 6, hardness is HRC60 (58 ~ 62).

● High load-bearing capacity: The load-bearing capacity of hard tooth surface gear processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding is 46 times higher than that of soft tooth surface treated by quenching and tempering, and 23 times higher than that of medium and hard tooth surface.

● Low noise: Because of the high accuracy of processing and installation, the noise is lower than 85dB (A).

●Small size: Because the input shaft and the output shaft are arranged verticaPower lost due to worm gearing inefficiency converts into heat. This results in relatively high operating temperatures when compared with more efficient speed reducers.lly, the area occupied by the driving station of the parallel axis cylindrical gear reducer is reduced by more than 50% compared with that of the driving station of the parallel axis cylindrical gear reducer.

● Light weight: When the bearing capacity is the same, the weight of hard gear reducer is 50.60% lower than that of ZQ soft gear reducer.


●Efficiency and energy saving: The overall efficiency of each gear stage is 0.98, while the ZQ type is 0.97.

●Long service life: The average service life of the reducer is not less than ten years, double that of ZQ type. It can save a lot of money and raw materials, and has remarkable economic benefits.

The rotary tiller uses low box gearbox and eigeptmodulus gear transmission. The heigeptof the gearbox is exactly matched to 40-80 horsepower tractor, the angle of the universal shaft and the horizontal plane is about 10 degrees. It can effectively improve the transmission efficiency of the universal joint drive shaft and reduce the damage of the transmission shaft. The cutter shaft is made of 80 thick and seamless steel pipe. The new type of disc connection is adopted. The aligning bearing is installed at both ends of the cutter shaft, and the concentricity of the cutter shaft can be adjusted automatically. The blade is made of 65Mn and IT245 rotary tillage knife. It has strong crushing ability. Once rotary tillage can achieve the effect of several times. By adapting a pair of bevel gears with different speed ratios, 220-320R/min can be used to achieve 220-320R/min rotation speed at PTO.
