Installation, use and maintenance
The correct installation, reasonable use and regular maintenance of the coupling are essential to ensure its working quality and working life.To this end, a few precautions are specially put forward, and users are kindly requested to cooperate:
1. In principle, both ends of the coupling can be used as the active or driven end, and the installation should comply with the design requirements of the transmission system.However, users must be reminded of the following two points;
(1) The spline fitting should be as far away as possible from the source of vibration and shock.
(2) Try to avoid dirt or water from entering the spline mating surface.
2. For couplings of retractable spline pairs that have undergone a dynamic balance test, check that the splines and spline shafts are matched according to the mark position during installation to ensure that the phase difference between the axis of the fork bearing holes at both ends does not exceed 1 . , Otherwise it is impossible to make the angular velocity of the driving shaft and the driven shaft equal, so as to produce undue impact during operation.The higher the speed, the more serious the consequences.
3. Clean the anti-rust grease on the flange joint surface before installation, and remove the unfavorable factors that may reduce the friction of the contact surface or reduce the contact area of the joint surface.
4. After working with load for a shift, check whether the flange connecting bolts are loose. If there is any looseness, tighten them again until the tightening force is in a stable state.
5. Long-term overload use and operation accidents should be avoided.
6. The joint bearings and spline pairs of the coupling should be greased every 1-2 weeks under high temperature working conditions. Under normal working conditions, grease should be added every 500 hours of continuous work.The grease grade adopts No. 2 industrial lithium grease.
7. During work and operation, you should always observe whether the cardan shaft has abnormal radial swing and bearing heating.These must be repaired in time.
8. Where the wear or trace of the bearing raceway, cross shaft journal and roller is greater than 0.25mm; the wear of the bearing end face and the contact surface of the retaining ring is greater than 0.35mm; the wear of the mating surface of the spline pair is greater than 0.35mm; the above three All cases need to be replaced, and replacement parts can be entrusted to our factory for repair and use.
